Billy Carroll currently serves as Children’s Pastor at Pentecostals of the Gulf Coast. He has been at PGC since 1993. Billy, along with his wife, Tracey, share the role of Sunday School Director. Prior to serving as the Children’s Pastor, Billy and Tracey taught Sunday School since 1996.

 

Billy was born and raised in Biloxi and Tracey is from West Monroe, Louisiana. They married in 1995 and have two sons, Joey and Jax. Billy has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education, a Specialists Degree in Leadership & Administration, and has taught high school for 12 years. He loves spending time with his family, fishing, is crazy about PGC’s Children’s Ministry Team, and loves the PGCkids!
